(2). A.A Ap Indrop-D injection istamal krain weekly. Dose: 200,000IU {1 injection }in 1 glass of milk. for 3 months. Tab. Chewcal 1+1+1 InshaAllah you will feel much better..
(3). There are different types of acne like inflammatory, nodulocystic and comedonal acne. Some of these needs antibiotics and some needs retinoids depending upon its type. Needs to be seen by a dermatologist so it can be treated properly..
(4). These bumps are furncles. Its an infection of hair follicles. Use tab. Augmentin 1gm 1 tblt 2 times daily for 5 days, tab. Brufen 400mg 1 tblt 2 times daily for 5 days and Fudic Cream 2 times daily for 1 week on these bumps. Use a good sunblock daily in the morning on face and hands. You can apply glycoaid cream on hands and feet for darkness in the evening. Use hyseke shampoo for dandruff and take a good multivitamin for hair fall. I hope it will help..
