(3). Hope this answer finds u well.. The complain u have is called in medical as Persistent gynecomastia ..u have this since age 14 and if that doesnt improve with exercise is usually glandular and unlikely to resolve now. My advise is first confirm with examination from a physician or endocrinologist,u should also go for basic hormones test like testosterone, LH/FSH, prolactin, thyroid and LFTs. For long-standing Stage 3–4, surgery like gland removal along with or without liposuction is the definitive treatment. Estimated cost in Pakistan: PKR 120,000–300,000 (varies by center) Its better to visit the doctor as its now matter of conern. Thank you...

(4). Tailbone or coccyx injection can sometimes cause temporary increased pain due to local inflammation, steroid reaction, or needle irritation but persistent new back pain after inj needs reassessment to rule out infection, nerve irritation, or referred lumbar pain My Advise is to get Clinical re-evaluation by orthopaedic or any pain specialist..also check for fever, worsening pain, leg radiation or numbness.. Currently u can take Short course NSAIDs like tab.synflex plus cushion sitting (donut pillow) and avoid prolonged sitting which is must to do..Consider MRI lumbosacral spine if pain persists >1–2 weeks Most cases are temporary but if pain is increasing, seek review urgently from neurophysician especially.. Thankyou I hope this will help...
