(1). Can you explain in detail what do you mean by throat pain ? Since when ? Fever ? Smoking ? Your age ?.

(3). This is called plantar fasciitis. You need to do x ray of heel. It appears with prolonged standing and especially when you wake up in the morning. It needs x Ray then physiotherapy or surgery.
