(1). Hello Faizan, Thank you for sharing your concerns. It would be best to visit an ENT specialist for a proper check-up and guidance. You may consult your preferred specialist at the military hospital Rawalpindi. Please avoid self-medication and take care Wishing you a quick recovery.
(2). Patient ke symptoms serious psychiatric condition ki taraf ishara karte hain sirf stress ya depression nahi Neend ka na aana, be-maqsad baatein, mood changes aur self-care ka khayal na rehna red flags hain. Urgent adult psychiatrist evaluation zaroori hai Patient ko akela na chhoren aur self-medication na karein Developmental & Behavioural Pediatrics adult patients ke liye appropriate nahi hoti..
(3). Your facial mark is likely a post-inflammatory scar due to irritation Avoid using multiple creams and stop steroid combinations. Use a gentle cleanser, a single silicone-based scar gel, and daily sunscreen Improvement takes time 3–6 months The painful excess flesh on the left toe after IGTN surgery suggests granulation tissue or infection and requires in-person examination Please keep the area clean and consult a surgeon/dermatologist as soon as possible..
(4). Dear patient, I am very sorry for your loss Accept my condolence please. Okag so pain at the C-section site after 3 months can be due to scar healing or muscle strain but it should be examined. Ur one-sided severe headache is also important specially with a history of eclampsia. Please: Check your blood pressure regularly Visit your gynecologist for examination Seek urgent care if headache becomes severe, you develop vision changes, or high BP Keep urself hydrated and eat healthy Avoid heavy house hold chores Proper evaluation is important and u may need psychosocial support as its ur postpartum period which is very delicate Engage urself in some mindful activities and do meditation. Wishing you good health and recovery.
