(1). Hi .. You need a few basic investigations to find why you are tired. Hb. Tfts Urine dip HbA1c. Then we can discuss further..
(2). Please do regular physiotherapy and try to use your foot Repeat mri after 1 year Only time will tell how much recovery you can get in the foot.
(3). please do b hcg test or simple urine home pregnancy test if neg u can take tab mefenemic acid 250 mg orally q 8 hrs x 5 days (this bleeding can usually last for 8-10 days ) if bleeding does not settle please u need to visit the doctor to do a gynaecology examination/usg in the clinic.
(4). no effect on future pregnancy but once u leave them it can take 6-12 months to conceive its normal as normal cycles take some times to restore.
