(2). Chest Surgery deals with issues of chest organs including lungs, heart, oesophagus etc. Your problem mainly is concerned with dermatological opinion. However feel free to ask me for consultancy in case you have any symptoms related to chest including breathing and upper digestive tract..
(3). 18 weeks is mostly the lower limit of onset of babys movements...so generally it is normal not to feel movements till now. If you are still really concerned about the well being of baby then get an unltrasound (preferably anomaly scan which is already due now).
(4). baby usually starts moving in 20 to 24 wks so dont worry , get antenatal checkup from gynaecologist for.routine check.for bp, sugar and blood.cp plus some antenatal anamoly scan.
