(1). u need to do a speculum exam to check u r cervix by going to a hsopital u also need to do a transvaginal usg to rule out any other cause for thsi discahrge u need to do high vaginal swab and endocervcal swabs to rule out pid persistent vaginal discaharge needs cervical smear and colposcopy also to rule other lesions.

(2). age of both of u we need to know if any reports u need to share subfertility is usually ca se to be seen physically in clinis as needs a detailed examination of the couple share u r reports and as the rrespected colleague advised to start folic acid.

(3). u need to do tvs to check the uetrus and ovaries pleas tell u r bmi ( imean ht and wt ) some times pco is a common cause of irregular periods if no periods for 7 months do urine pregnancy test if neg u need to do hormones levels fsh /lh and thyroid functions and usg of the pelvis if pregnancy tes ocmes neg now u should start tab nortehisterone 5 mg orally q 12 hrs for 5 days then leave if periods come do hormone levels on day 2 of the cycle and let us know.

(4). need to know the recent thyroid function tests free t4 and tsh if normal can go for pregnancy use folic acid 5 mg daily.
