(1). Treatment of allergies is to avoid allergens. Tab Zyrtec 1 at night. If become severe can use tab leflox 500mg BD . Or allergen issoimmunization..
(2). if Godforbid one develops fever , dry cough and shortness of breath , along with a possible history of exposure to someone positive then corona test should be sought otherwise only flu is mostly seasonal or allergic if you have family history take softin 10 mg once or twice daily and tablet mytika 10 mg daily.
(3). Take tablet panadol cf 500 mg thrice a day Also take steam Tab. Telfast 120 mg twice daily Tab myteka 10mg once before sleep If fever persists, get corona test done..
(4). avoid pets, wear dust mask when outside, wear if on byke. avoid smoking. get allergy test done , if possible, to find out allergen. take tab zyrtec once daily. you should get corona test done if symptoms persists.
