(3). Dear patient Your history is not clear but if its overdue with ur periods it can b pregnancy. Take some one in confidence and go for ultrasound for further management. Thank you.
(4). Dear patient No report attached here. Patient s wt is more if pregnancy is confirmed then take less carbs as more wt will lead to diabetes in pregnancy and if not pregnant, reduce wt , do walk, less carbs, protein and fruits in diet . Then plan pregnancy. Thank you.
