(1). i want to know that is the wt if the baby on usg ? club foot?? any chromosomal analysis offered to u for the baby as it could be edward syndrome with iugr and club foor how r the fetal movements and did u do any ctg ay fetal umbilical artery doppler done and what are the values some times we need to give steroids and deliver the baby depending on ctg findings and doppler studies.

(2). u need to reduce wt folic acid 5 mg if u dont get pregnant contact again eating medicine from start is not good for health as it has many side effects.

(3). please tel more about u r symptoms and if any report given please share the report tell did u consult any gynaecologist or some doctor has done any examination for u or not ? ct /mri?? we need more details.

(4). u need to maiatian a menstural calender for the next 3 months with dates mentioned eg april periods date bleeeding days amount of bleeding heavy mild light ets u need to do peliv usg with full bladder as well and send the report after usg we can guide well from history the cause could be endometriosis?? as extreme pain not relieved with pain medicines is alarming no need to worry endometriosis is a benign disease which can be easily treated u can try ibuprofen for pain relief next time heat pad use etc hot coffee for pai in menses.
