Do you know it’s relation to any food or contact to some chemical or metal like thing? Do you have any history of worm infestation recent or in child hood? And What part of body you skin problem involves?.

Well an Adult has a normal requirement of water of 3 liters per 24 hours with 800 ml to one litre as insensible loss like in sweat so atleast 4 liter of liquids should be taken in 24 hours in summer . You can do ultrasound of kidneys for stones and do Urine R/E , Kidney functions tests, electrolyte.
