(3). Kindly take cap novo teph 40mg h before meal in the morning and citro soda sachet twice a day .with Syp mucaine 2+2+2.
(4). use silicon gel pads in closed shoes for heels. take tab. synflex 550mg abd apply brufen gel. try to reduce weight this will help u and give relief from pain.
