(1). Need proper life style modification Maintain good and regular schedule of meal intake Adequat fibers in diet Adequat hydration In case of pain need to see gastroenterologist.
(2). Just reduce your weight and start Tab Folic Acid 5mg once daily ?.
(3). Get done ultrasound and Urine pregnancy test CBC blood test Have you started any contraception ?.
(4). Dear Maarij. You can use your protein supplement. Avoid steroid mass gainers. Please Do Ultrasound breast to make sure whether it is true Gynecomastia or it is just a fatty tissue. Do Blood test including TSH, Free T4, serum prolactin, serum Estradiol E2, ALT. These tests are enough fir now..
