Introduction
I am Dr. Samreen Asif , started my medical journey in 2008 and graduated in 2014 from the University of Health Sciences, Lahore, Pakistan. After doing the basic house job at Jinnah Hospital Lahore in 2014-2015, I worked a year and a half for the Indus Hospital Lahore and joined the postgraduate training program at Sir Ganga ram hospital in psychiatry in 2017, worked there for 3 years. Meanwhile, I also worked with the Parklane clinic in Lahore [a mental health clinic] for a few months. During the year 2020, I started to work with a US Based telehealth platform and later the following year started my career in the middle eastern region. I worked in Saudia Arabia and nowadays residing in the kingdom of Bahrain. My main interest is to provide quality care medical access for patients of Pakistan [ my home country.] within the ease of their home. My educational goals include doing a higher specialist training in one of the sub fields of psychiatry and study health policy formation and later contribute to implement policies for improving quality of life of people living in my home country.

(1). When did swelling started n warm red etc or uric acid issue.. Milk intake? Any pills? Familaetc.

Hello Shamim If there is pain in whole chest radiating to both arms or neck and is increasing with walking or doing work you should go for atest Troponin I if test is negative you can go for exercise tolerance test if that test is negative too u have no cardiac issue but u can continue your medication,glycery trinitrate can cause headaches u can take paracetamol for headache if happens after these test you can stop drugs And also dont ever use azithromycin antibiotic with statin they can cause muscle pain.
(3). Ahmad Sadiq if i want to know if patient is still having difficulty in breathing when lie down straight And if Renal function tests and potassium are normal in range(fresh) And BP of the patient.
(4). Please do visit your doctor who at first start the medicine. Because completely stopped meds are not the rule . A maintenance dose must be required and very very slowly ( in 6-9 months) withdrawal of dose is the key. Yes. She needs to restart the meds. Bless you.
