Dr. Sana Nadeem is working as an Associate Professor in Eye Department, Fauji Foundation Hospital, Rawalpindi. She is a graduate of Rawalpindi Medical College in 2004 with a distinction in Ophthalmology. She is an anterior segment surgeon and specialises in Pediatric Ophthalmology, Squint (Johns Hopkins Hospital, USA), Glaucoma & Neuro-Ophthalmology (Studio Oculistico dAzeglio, Italy. She has extensive publications & numerous conference papers in national and international conferences.

(1). This is osteo arthritis, an aging process of the knee. Plz go for x rays. Use english commode in wash room. Chair for namaz and else where too. Use tab Jovit 2 times for one mon. Tab Qalsan D once daily for one mon.
(2). Madam in ko cap depricap 20 mg once daily start karwaye for atleast one mon. Agar is s be farq na pare to stomach k lye endoscopy must he.
(3). Chest Surgery deals with issues of chest organs including lungs, heart, oesophagus etc. Your problem mainly is concerned with dermatological opinion. However feel free to ask me for consultancy in case you have any symptoms related to chest including breathing and upper digestive tract..
(4). 18 weeks is mostly the lower limit of onset of babys movements...so generally it is normal not to feel movements till now. If you are still really concerned about the well being of baby then get an unltrasound (preferably anomaly scan which is already due now).
