(1). You need to provide proper history for your complaint. How many days have passed since you are feeling these complaints And are there any other associated symptoms like headache?Blurness of vision photophobia etc. Are you currently using any glasses? What medicine you have already used?.
(2). You have to visit psychiatrist for proper assessment and diagnosis.
(3). Thanks. Celiac disease can be associated with malabsorption and other sequelae. I would suggest doing all of the following workup, if not done recently. 1-CBC 2-ESR 3-Serum Calcium, Phosphate, Alkaline phosphatase, 25-OH Vit.D level 4-Serum Albumin 5-LFTs 6-Serum Creatinine 7-IgA level 8-TSH 9-Serum B12 level You must regularly follow-up with an experienced gastroenterologist in Islamabad e.g. at PIMS, Shifaa International. You may need a repeat Upper GI endoscopy. Regards..
