(1). Please do regular physiotherapy and try to use your foot Repeat mri after 1 year Only time will tell how much recovery you can get in the foot.
(2). please do b hcg test or simple urine home pregnancy test if neg u can take tab mefenemic acid 250 mg orally q 8 hrs x 5 days (this bleeding can usually last for 8-10 days ) if bleeding does not settle please u need to visit the doctor to do a gynaecology examination/usg in the clinic.
(3). no effect on future pregnancy but once u leave them it can take 6-12 months to conceive its normal as normal cycles take some times to restore.
(4). Masturbation is not gunnah a habit get urself involved in good islamic friend n healthy activity like sports.. U will definitely forget n b fine revise ur course will geg good xams.
