(1). Get ultrasound Doppler both legs Commonest thing can be a varicose veins.
(2). If you dont have access to any hospital/clinic or pharmacy.. You can get ORS from any general store... Use boil water... Put 1 sachet of ORS in one jug of water.. Drink at least 12 jugs in 24 hours.
(3). Glad to see a Psoriasis specialist. I will refer you a few known cases. stay safe..
(4). Please go to a GP to check your blood pressure to confirm its high and start treatment if needed..
