I am working as a consultant physician at The Aga Khan University Hospital Karachi in internal medicine. (1). Yes medicines are correct. And as advised by ur consultant go for lap chole after 1 week.
(2). You are carrying extra wt it makes your legs n foot over burdened .....it also cause leg n foot pain ....if heel pain with leg pain is involved it is plantar fasciitis .....consult a orthopedic surgeon for proper investigation n for the time being u can take tab .evion once daily for three months n tab .movax 2mg twice daily for five days.
(3). Do some labs to sort out the cause of high blood pressure such as lipid profile n ecg n Rfts to rule out whether it is related to heart or kidney.....
(4). Do some more labs to find out the cause ....RFts n ecg n fasting glucose level n serum electrolytes ......according to ur previous lab reports of urine rbcs in ur urine ...u hv some kidney problem may be UTI ...for this do urine c/s .....
