I am working as a consultant physician at The Aga Khan University Hospital Karachi in internal medicine. (2). Apne test krwao urea creatinine bicarbonate aur nephrologist se milo. PANI KAM HE PENA HA, YE GALAT CONCEPT HA K PANI ZIADA PENAY SE PATHRI NIKALTI HA AUR GURDA THEK HOTA HA. ZIADA PIO GAY TO JISM ME PANI I KATHA HONA START HOJAEGA.
(3). Cap macrobac 400mg 1 daily for 6 days. Tab panadol 2 tab if feverish. Take plenty of fluids and steam inhalation 3 times a day. Isolate ur self for 14 days.incase u feel shortness of breath then consult hospital for covid 19 workup..
