Introduction
I am a trained and certified paediatric haematologist & oncologist from Aga Khan University Hospital Karachi. Moreover, I have a more than five years experience of working as a consultant paediatric oncologist in Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital & Research Centre Lahore. I have a more than 8 years experience of working as a paediatric oncologist in PMDC approved institutes of Pakistan after my FCPS Paediatrics in 2011. I have multiple paediatric oncology publications in national and international journals. I have given talks and presented my research work in many national and international conferences. I am a team man and a firm believer of multidisciplinary management of childhood cancer. I have contributed as one of the pioneers in establishing paediatric tumor boards in Multan. Currently I am working at Medicare Hospital Multan as Consultant Paediatric Oncologist.

(1). Kids under 5 are usually vaccinated for tetanus but if not can be given tetanus toxoid inj. Cleaning of wound with antiseptic pyodine soap n water.. N polyfax applied with dressing.
(2). Sugar after meal should not be more than 180 Before meal should not be more than 110 Use motilium tab with meal for gastric pain N nexium after meal for few days.
(3). Extra digits, also known as polydactyly, can be removed surgically. The right time for the surgery depends on the babys overall health and the degree of the abnormality. Typically, surgery for polydactyly is done within the first few weeks or months of life, so it may be a good time to schedule the surgery now. (4). Usually In hospital setup sputum culture is done with repeat xray to see what xact is condition.... Severe pneumonia takes time 10days to settle n if any complication is ocuuring need to reexamine the child why things arent improving... Sometimes if chronic sort of lung condition is connected to cystic fibrosis... Sweat chloride test is done.
