(1). AOA Mr Mohsin, If u have been married for 5 yrs n still have no children, both husband and wife should be evaluated together. Infertility is not only related to the female partner but male factors are also very common. I recommend the following: For Husband: - Semen analysis (very important first test) - the Blood sugar and hormone tests if needed - Avoid smoking, alcohol, heat exposure,reduce weight (85 kg may affect fertility) For Wife (by a Gynecologist): - Ultrasound pelvis - Hormonal profile (FSH, LH, TSH, Prolactin) - Ovulation tracking - Tubes test (HSG) to check blockage General Advice: - Try during fertile window (days 10–18 of cycle) - Maintain healthy weight both husbnd n wife - Take tab folic acid 5mg daily for wife - Reduce stress n sleep properly Please consult a qualified female gynecologist You should be evaluated together with your wife. (2). Take soft diet.like yougart, kitchri, and banan..take lot of ORS. Keep yourself well hyrdated. Avoid spicy food and use home made fresh food only. Take entamizole Ds twice a day for 3 days.if diarrhea not settled in 48 hrs consult your gynaecologist.becoz continuous diarrhea can initiate labor pains.so take care of yourself.

(3). For pregnancy medication some baseline tests should be done both for Husband and wife.if you took medication after the tests then its ok.but with age 40, I suggest dont delay further, if you are not able to conceive with medication , and can afford IVF go for it. Dont delay further..

(4). Tell about your previous routine of cycle, any excessive hair growth on face. Try to focus on your weight, with weight reduction your cycle will start normalizing and chances of spontaneous pregnancy will increase inshaAllah. Start diet, excercise, join Gym try to bring your weight near 60.it will helpful for you for pregnancy and for future health..
