(1). u need to maiatian a menstural calender for the next 3 months with dates mentioned eg april periods date bleeeding days amount of bleeding heavy mild light ets u need to do peliv usg with full bladder as well and send the report after usg we can guide well from history the cause could be endometriosis?? as extreme pain not relieved with pain medicines is alarming no need to worry endometriosis is a benign disease which can be easily treated u can try ibuprofen for pain relief next time heat pad use etc hot coffee for pai in menses.
(2). if u r a muslim u should trust in Allah and accepte what he is rewarding u with u should submit ur will to ALLAH he will grant u with the best for u as a punishment ALLAH might deprive u of having children when u want so be fearful of ALLAH.
(3). usually there r less chances of pregnancy as she is breast feeding as for u r knowledge if this is khiair from ALLAH accept the pregnancy and tawakul on ALLAH.
