I am a General and Colorectal surgeon in UK. I have been working in UK for the last 10 years. I have completed Fellowship of Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS) from Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. My specialist interest is GI cancer especially of Colon and Rectum. I also have specialist interest and practice in Pelvic floor disorders (constipation, incontinence, etc). In addition to my elective work, I have keen interest and practice in emergency general surgery and trauma surgery.

(1). Go for an investigation of urea creatinine from a lab and an abdominal ultrasound with kub and lfts then we will figure out the cause of abdiminal pain and swelling.
(2). Change of sedentary life style. Walk daily stop using fat dairy products and sweet bakery products and do lipid profile and rbs and hba1c and follow up a general physiician for workup.
(3). Do pt/inr if normal do nasal packing and dont penetrate fingers too deep while performing wudoo.
