(1). Mr Zeeshan,ur symptoms are suggestive of anxiety/panic disorder. As your ECG and tests are normal so serious heart disease is less likely. Anxiety can cause fast heartbeat, chest heaviness or pain, dizziness n also weakness. I would recommend that you should go for 1..A detailed psychiatric assessment to confirm the diagnosis and rule out contributing factors such as thyroid issues, gastritis or GERD or any vitamin deficiencies...2.Continue medicines only as prescribed n dont stop them suddenly..3.Psychological therapy like CBT as its highly effective for panic disorder and health anxiety. 4.Lifestyle measures including a.Reduce caffeine or tea intake b.Maintain regular sleep c.Practice deep breathing during attacks counting 1 2 3 n hold n repeat d.Regular light exercise e.Avoid repeatedly checking symptoms online as this increases anxiety more..If U develop severe persistent chest pain, fainting or breathing difficulty plz get urgent medical care... May this ease ur issue... Take care..
(2). Hope u r doing well now.... I suggest in cases like sudden severe health issue plz dont wait for answer here because we can deal.with reports n certain issue where u r currently stable.....
(3). Since your squint has been present since childhood and has persisted into adulthood, it is unlikely to improve on its own.Good thing is that you have no double vision so ita necessary to have an examination by an eye specialist to assess the type and degree of squint. For cosmetic correction yes squint surgery is often the most effective option, while glasses/prism therapy may help only in selected cases. Please consult an ophthalmologist especially strabismus specialist for proper evaluation and treatment planning... Hope this will help you.. Take care.
(4). Hello Anmol.. Ur current weight (59–60 kg) may already be normal depending on ur height so please also do height then mention... I would advise to avoid crash dieting as it will cause weight regain.. Focus on a balanced calorie deficit diet, portion control, high-protein meals, regular exercise (4–5 days/week) but more importantly do it with consistency...Aim for gradual weight loss (0.5–1 kg/month). Please consult a dietitian for a personalized plan based on ur height and BMI... Or tell me ur height so i can see ur BMI n advise acvordingly... Thank you.
