Assalamoalaikum, I am Dr. Zahida Liaqat working as consultant Gynecologist at The Indus Hospital Muzaffar Garh. After graduating from Nishtar Medical College, I passed my FCPS Examination in 2010. Currently, I am working full-time at a tertiary care, state-of-the-art hospital. I do just OPD private practice from 6.00 to 8.00 pm at Noor Gynae Centre Muzaffar Garh. I deal with high-risk Obstetrics and General Gynecology, Gynecological Oncology, Subfertility, Urogynecology, uterine fibroids, Ovarian cysts, and Pelvic organ prolapse. (1). Do urine for pregnancy test ist if -ve then u can wait for 1 more wk to start of periods.if still u don’t menstruate then let m know i will tell u treatment.
(2). Wts ur height & BMI. U can take tab ponston forte 1+1+1 for 5 days for now..
(3). Now u should proceed for surgery as u have taken in j zoladex otherwise fibroid will re grow after stopping it .must have completed evaluation regarding cystic fibrosis diseases.
(4). Wts ur height & BMI?? If u r over weight then reduce weight cycle will get regular & chances of conception will increase.
