(1). Dear patient Your history is not clear but if its overdue with ur periods it can b pregnancy. Take some one in confidence and go for ultrasound for further management. Thank you.
(2). Dear patient No report attached here. Patient s wt is more if pregnancy is confirmed then take less carbs as more wt will lead to diabetes in pregnancy and if not pregnant, reduce wt , do walk, less carbs, protein and fruits in diet . Then plan pregnancy. Thank you.
(3). If there is acute problem of stye swelling since few days. You have to do the warm compression 3-4 times per day for 5-10 minutes and for 3-5 days . If swelling is small no needs for oral antibiotic but if large stye should start augmentin 625mg bid to tid for 5 days. Brufen 400mg bid for 3-5 days. Fucithalmic eye drops tid for 5-7 days..
(4). is this 1st pregnancy your weight on higher side do antenatal booking early start Tab Folic acid 5mg once daily can not say anything regarding electric shock because its very early pregnancy.
