I deal with surgical diseases of gastrointestinal tract, do gallbladder surgery, surgery for appendix,surgery of all types hernias , all tumors of skin and fat(lipoma), breast surgery, thyroid surgery, haemorrhoids, fissure in ano, fistula in ano and many more general surgical procedures (minor and major).

(1). Your symptoms suggest acute sinusitis on a background of allergy. Continue saline nasal irrigation. Start intranasal steroid spray likr Nasacort regularly for 2–3 weeks and an oral antihistamine like Cetiriz twice daily for 3 days If green discharge persists beyond 14 days and is associated with fever, facial pain, or worsening blockage then an in-person ENT review is advised to assess the need for antibiotics.Also have some warm honey water and avoid fried and spicy foods..

Kindly share your CT and MRI reports for proper review. Continue speech therapy regularly. If you notice any new weakness, severe headache, or worsening speech, seek urgent medical care.

Walaikum salam Use neutroginas achne facewash Also avoid fried and spicy foods Regular face wash early morning and before sleep Use sunblock which is very necessary...any sunblock with spf 60 1000litr water is requirement to drink Avoid stress and do exercise on regular basis. In case acne is not settling then do visit skin specialist for proper checkup..
