I passed my MBBS from Punjab Medical Faisalabad, in 1996, and completed my house job from Allied Hospital. Then I joined the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences, Islamabad (PIMS) as a resident in internal medicine and passed my FCPS in Internal medicine in 2002. After that, I worked as a senior registrar at Shifa College of Medicine and Shifa International Hospital for 2.5 years. At the end of 2004, I went to the UK for the MRCP and came back in June 2005. Later on, I joined Fatima Memorial Hospital, Lahore, as a senior registrar, Internal Medicine. In December 2006, I moved to Kuwait and completed my MRCP UK in 2007, and I was awarded FRCP Edinburgh in 2016. I also completed my SCE in Endocrinology and diabetes from the Royal College of the UK. I have vast experience in Internal medicine and diabetes. I am an expert in using insulin pens and GLP-1 receptor agonists like Victoza, Ozempic, Mounjaro, and Trulicity. Moreover, I am quite familiar with new technology like Libre Sensor. Additionally, I can treat all patients which comes under the domain of internal medicine, like Hypertension, Diabetes, Asthma, COPD, infections, PUD, hepatitis, stable IHD,heart failure, stroke ,TIA, DVT, Pulmonary embolism, IBS, etc
